- Anything not worth doing is flagged. If a fix costs more than the hours it saves, it does not go in your plan.

Will you just recommend your own tools?
No. Most fixes we prescribe are off-the-shelf software you can set up without us, and every fix names its real monthly cost.
We build software for a living, so where something genuinely needs building we’ll say so and price it, and you’re free to take that spec to anyone. The plan is yours and it’s portable.
We already use ChatGPT. Do we still need this?
A chat window helps the person typing into it. It doesn’t move data between your systems, chase your invoices or file your documents. Most of the recoverable hours sit in the repeating work between your tools, and that’s where the assessment looks.
Where ChatGPT already covers a task well, we’ll say so and move on. You won’t get a plan that prescribes what you already have.
I’m not technical. Will we actually be able to use any of this?
Yes. Every fix is chosen for the team you have. Most are off-the-shelf tools with ready-made connections between the systems you already use, set up by following steps rather than writing code.

What about our data?
The assessment itself needs no customer or client data. We work from one recorded call about how your business runs: your processes, your tools, and your estimates of the time each task takes.
Everything you tell us stays confidential and is handled under UK GDPR. Where a prescribed fix would touch personal data, your plan says so and notes where that tool stores it.
