The guarantee
The 5-hour guarantee, passed through.
If our assessment can’t identify at least 5 hours a week of recoverable time in your client’s business, we refund your wholesale fee in full. How you settle with your client is set by your own terms, and the refund gives you room to match ours.

Your agency. The report, the plan and the meeting invitations carry your brand. Our team is introduced as your assessment team or your delivery partner, whichever you prefer.
We never contact your client outside the engagement and we never sell to them. Your client stays yours.
What do we need to provide?
A logo, brand colours and the client booking. We handle the call, the recording, the analysis and the report. You approve the plan before your client sees it.
Does the guarantee still apply?
Yes. If we can’t identify at least 5 hours a week of recoverable time in your client’s business, we refund your wholesale fee in full. Most agencies pass the same guarantee on to the client at their retail price.
Can my team deliver the assessments instead?
Under this programme, no. You sell and own the relationship, we deliver. If you want your team trained to run assessments themselves, raise it on the partner call. It depends on volume.
